The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Appellant states that the above First Appeal arises from the District of Satara, even though inadvertently in the First Appeal, the District is mentioned as 'Pune'. A request is accordingly made to direct the Registry for placing the matter before Kolhapur Bench of this Court and in the meanwhile, AUGUST 22, 2025 Minal Parab MINAL SANDIP PARAB by MINAL SANDIP PARAB Date: 2025.08.26 15:07:20 +0530

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondents did not oppose the aforesaid request. 3.

We accordingly direct the Registry to forward the papers of the above First Appeal to the Kolhapur Bench. We also direct that for a period of four weeks from the date of uploading of this order on the High Court Website, the ad-interim order passed on 11th July 2025 shall continue.
