The parties have arrived at a compromise and have filed a compromise pursis. A verification report was called for, and the same indicates that the contents are correct. The said report and the compromise pursis, along with the letter of authority of ICICI Lombard are taken on record and collectively marked as "X-1" for identification. 2.

Along with the said pursis, an affidavit has been filed stating that the father of the minor claimant - Tanuja, has no adverse interest against his daughter and that the compromise is in the interest of the minor.

The compromise appears to be beneficial to the minor. 4.

Considering that the father of minor - Tanuja, has signed the compromise pursis in the interest of the minor, the compromise is read and recorded. The appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise pursis.
