It is true that this Court on 8th May 2024 permitted the Claimants to withdraw 30% of the deposited amount along with Satish Sangar 1/2

10-IA-11772-2024-IN-FA-536-2024.doc interest. This Application is for withdrawal of further amount to the extent of 20%. It is opposed. However, considering the fact that there was a death claim, 50% must be allowed to be withdrawn. Hence, order:-

O R D E R

(i) Applicants are permitted to withdraw further 20% of the deposited amount along with interest on usual undertaking. (It comes to 50% now).

In view of that, Interim Application is disposed of. 4.
