ORDER

Parties have settled the disputes. Both the parties filed terms of compromise on record, which is marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification. The compromise terms are duly signed by respective parties and their Advocates. Appellants/Claimants are present along with their Advocate before Panel. They accept compromise to be voluntary so also signatures on the terms of compromise.

Having regard to the facts of the case, terms of settlement are reasonable and hence, deserves to be accepted. Learned Counsel for Insurer, on instructions, a sum of Rs. 6,15,000/- shall be deposited before this 133-FA-683-2025.odt
Court within a period of six weeks. Original Claimant Nos. 2 to 5 have sought payment of entire compensation in the name of their mother i.e., Claimant no. 1. Hence, Claimant No. 1 is permitted to withdraw entire amount. 3.
In view of above, Appeal stands disposed of.

The Court Fee Refund Certificate be issued as per the Rules.
5.
The Civil Application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
6.
The award/decree be drawn up in terms of compromise.
7.
No order as to costs.
