The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that in the Execution proceedings parties have arrived at settlement and the Consent Terms were filed before the MACT, Pune and the order thereto passed on 30th April 2024. In view of the settlement arrived between the parties the learned counsel for the Appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present Appeal. 3.
