In the Judgment dated 17.12.2025, in paragraph No.11 after the words loss of amenities of the life Rs.2 lakhs, "attendance charges Rs.4,21,000/-, conveyance and special diet Rs.50,000/-" needs to be added, so also in the chart.

In paragraph No.12 in the operative part of the order (iii) enhanced compensation of Rs.42,69,740/- be replaced with "enhanced compensation of Rs.47,40,740/-."

Above with other corrections be carried out in the original Judgment and the corrected Judgment be uploaded. Rest of the order shall remain as it is.
