The present First Appeals impugns an order of City Civil & Sessions Court, Dindoshi, by which the Appellant's Suit has been dismissed pursuant to an application taken out by the Respondents under the provisions of Order VII Rule 11 of Code of Civil Procedure.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant has fairly pointed out that the Respondents were present on the last occasion, however, are not present today. 3.

I therefore deem it fit to give the Respondents further opportunity to appear, failing which, the Court shall take up the First Appeal for admission. 4.
