This appeal is circulated by respondent no.1. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that ad-interim order passed by this court on 4th February 2025 was challenged before the Hon'ble Apex Court. She submits that the Hon'ble Apex Court has dismissed the Special Leave Petition. However, granted liberty to the High Court to hear the appeal on the returnable date i.e. on 7th July 2025.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 has tendered copy of the order dated 7th May 2025, passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court. 4.
Office remark shows that the advocate for the appellant has not supplied copies. Hence, notice is not issued to respondent nos. 2 to 5. Notice is already waived on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2. However, as copies are supplied notice is not issued to respondent nos. 3, 4 and 5.

Learned advocate for the appellant is granted three weeks time to supply copies, failing which the ad-interim relief will stand vacated without further reference to the court. If copies are supplied, office is directed to issue notice to respondent nos. 3, 4 and 5 as per order dated 4th February 2025.

Since, the appeal is not yet ready for final hearing as all respondents are not served, the returnable date is extended till 22nd July 2025. Learned advocate for the appellant shall serve the said respondents by private notice in addition to court notice. 7.
Humdast is permitted for court notice.

Subject to the aforesaid conditions, ad-interim relief already granted is extended till the next date.
