The impugned order dated 06.06.2023 is passed under Order XLIX of Civil Procedure Code, 1908.

In all fairness Dr. Chandrachud would submit that inadvertently Civil Revision Application has been filed instead of Appeal from Order. I have seen the impugned order. 4.

Registry is directed to delete the Civil Revision Application No.589 of 2023 from its record and show it as withdrawn / disposed with liberty to the Applicant to approach the Registry and renumber

3.CRA.589.2023.doc the present Civil Revision Application as Appeal from Order. Applicant is permitted to carry out the requisite amendment to the Civil Revision Application filed which shall be carried out within a one week from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. 5.

Registry shall give fresh Appeal from Order number according to its record and procedure in accordance with law and list the Appeal from Order before the appropriate Bench within a period of one week thereafter.

Civil Revision Application No.589 of 2023 is allowed to withdrawn as aforesaid.
