In that view of the matter, at the request of Ms. Jondhale, learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioners, Writ Petition No. 15979 of 2023 is allowed to be converted into Appeal against Order. 4.

Registry is directed by this Court to allow the Petitioners to carry out the necessary amendments to that effect in the body of the Writ Petition so as to convert the same into an Appeal against Order proceedings. That amendment shall be carried out within two days from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. Copy of amended Appeal against Order shall be served upon the Respondents. 5.

Ad-interim stay granted in the Writ Petition shall stand extended for a further period of one week from today so as to enable the Advocate for the Petitioners to move the appropriate Court for adinterim relief / extension. 6.
