1) Learned Advocate for the Respondents submitted that including the Respondents, about 250 flat purchasers/occupants in the subject building have already submitted an appropriate application for regularisation of the disputed construction or deviation in the subject building. Said application has been filed through the builder concerned. Learned Counsel for the Corporation wants details of the same. Learned Advocate for the Respondents is ready to provide to learned Counsel for the BMC the details of the said applications seeking regularisation within two weeks. The said statement is accepted.
