Learned counsel for the appellant on instructions submits that the appellant is unable to pay the court fees and hence, appeal be heard on merits. The impugned order is passed by the relying upon the report submitted by the Collector vide letter dated 17th November 2022. Learned Judge has recorded findings based on the report that the appellant is not an indigent person and thus, would not be entitled to sue as an indigent person. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant is unable to appoint any fault in the reasons recorded in the impugned order. He has not filed on record the report of the Collector which is relied upon by the learned Judge. He seeks time to place on record the report Page no. 1 of 2
