The appellants are the original plaintiffs who instituted a suit for declaration and partition, which was partly allowed by the Trial Court. Aggrieved thereby, the defendants preferred an appeal before the Appellate Court, and the Appellate Court reversed the decree passed by the Trial Court. Challenging the judgment and decree of the Appellate Court, the appellants have filed present second appeal.
