Learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 submit that the parties are present before this Court and are entering into a compromise. The terms of the settlement are currently being finalised and may be verified by the Registrar. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 further submits that Respondent No. 1 is a person with a disability and is unable to travel to appear before this Court for verification. A prayer is made for verification to be conducted through video conferencing. The request is allowed.

The Registry is directed to make the necessary arrangements for the verification and identification of Respondent No. 1 via video Jhs/ 1/2

SA NO. 335 OF 2024 conferencing, utilizing the documents produced manually by the counsel for the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 informs the Court that the son of Respondent No. 1 is present in person to assist with the verification process. 5.

The Registrar is hereby requested to verify the settlement terms entered into between the parties and submit a report by 04:30 p.m. today.
