Learned counsels for the parties have tendered consent terms dated 16th December 2024. The consent terms are signed by authorized representative of the appellant, respondent nos. 1 and 2 and their respective advocates. The signatories are present in the Court, and they admit their signatures and the contents of the consent terms as true and correct. In view of the amicable Page no. 1 of 2
901-sa-433-2024-ia-11803-2024.doc settlement between the parties, as per the payment clause, the first payment is already made. The respondents admit to have received the said amount. The payment schedule for further payments is mentioned in clause (6) of the consent terms. 2.
The consent terms dated 16th December 2024 are taken on record and marked 'X' with today's date for identification. 3.
I have perused the consent terms. The terms are legal and valid. The assurances in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings to this court.

In view of the consent terms, the impugned order is quashed and set aside. The second appeal is disposed of in terms of consent terms.
5.
In view of disposal of the second appeal, the pending interim application is disposed of as infructuous.
