This application is circulated on behalf of the applicant on a praecipe to prepone the date. However, when the appeal is called out, learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is wrongly listed on board and the next date is 14th October 2024. The circulation praecipe clearly records that the next date is 14th October 2024, and request is made to pre-pone the date for the reasons stated in the praecipe. Inspite of such a praecipe filed learned counsel for the applicant seeks time.
