Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the parties submits that, the parties have amicably resolved the dispute and Consent Terms have been executed. The learned Counsel seek leave to tender the Consent Terms. Leave granted.

31-SA-503-2024.DOC and understood the contents of the Consent Terms, and they admit the contents and execution thereof. The parties are identified by their respective Advocates. A resolution passed by the Appellant-Company is annexed to the Consent Terms.

It appears that the parties have amicably resolved the dispute and worked out a comprehensive settlement of the dispute. It further appears that the parties executed the Consent Terms voluntarily and there is no coercion or duress.

The Consent Terms are thus taken on record and marked "X". 6.

The Appeal stands allowed in accordance with the Consent Terms "X".

The undertakings in the Consent Terms, "X" are accepted as undertakings to the Court.
