Let Affidavit in Reply be filed by the Respondents within four weeks from today. Two weeks time thereafter shall be available to the learned counsel for the Petitioner to file a LGC

In the meantime, Respondent No.3 shall conduct a study regarding the problems being faced by the nearby villagers on account of the alleged faulty construction of the bridge. On the basis of such study he shall furnish a report to the Court through the Government Pleader as to what possible remedial measures can be taken.
