Respondent Nos.5 and 7 have filed IA No.10087/2025 for vacating interim order dated 04.01.2024.

Mr. Jain appears on behalf of contesting party. He would submit that Mr. Warunjikar is indisposed and hospitalised. He informs the Court that Affidavit-in-Reply shall be filed by his client within a period of one week from today to oppose interim Application for vacating interim order. Let the Affidavit-in-Reply be filed within a period of one week from today with an advance copy of the same served on the other side.

Rejoinder, if any, is directed to be filed by Applicants within a period of one week thereafter.

If any Affidavit-in-Reply or Rejoinder is pending to be filed in the principal pending Petition, parties are granted a further period of two weeks to complete the pleadings. 6.

In the meanwhile, interim relief, granted earlier is directed to be continued till next date.

7.

Copy of the Interim Applications shall be served on all all parties by learned Advocate for Applicant.
