The present Civil Revision Application was heard substantially on 10.01.2024. Appropriate order was also passed on that date.

Mr. Gade would submit to the Court that according to his instructions and as appearing on the board, Affidavit-in-Reply has been filed by Respondent No.1. However the Court does not have it on record.

Be that as it may, Applicant is directed to serve copy of this order and CRA on the Respondents. Respondents are directed to

On the next adjourned date, if Respondents do not remain present despite having been served, this Court shall not await the presence of the Respondents and shall proceed with the hearing of the CRA strictly in accordance with law and determine the same after hearing the Applicant.
