Heard Ms. Manesh, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Vidyadhar Raut, Respondent No.2 in-person.

Today, Respondent No.2 appears in-person. He claims to be a law graduate having acquired Sanad in the year 2019. He claims that he received permission from the Court Committee permitting him to appear and plead his case in this Court. After interacting with him for five minutes in the Court, I am compelled to cancel the permission granted to Respondent No.2 by the Court appointed Committee as he is unfit to address the Court and cannot follow any decorum or discipline required to address Court proceedings. 3.

Respondent No.2 is hence directed to appoint an Advocate who shall plead his case. In so far as Respondent Nos.1 and 3 are

13.cra.44.24.doc concerned, if they so desire, they can file their Affidavit-in-Reply within a period of two weeks from today.

Respondent No.2 would submit that Affidavit-in-Reply is ready. It has not been served on the Applicant. Respondent No.2 is directed to serve copy of his Affidavit-in-Reply just now to the Advocate for the Applicant. He hands over a copy of the same to the Advocate for the Applicant.

Respondent No.2 is directed to file his Affidavit-in-Reply in the Registry of this Court within a period of two weeks from today. Equally Respondent Nos.1 and 3 shall also file their Affidavit-in-Reply, if so desired within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of this order shall be served on Respondent Nos.1 and 3 by Advocate for Petitioner.

In the meanwhile, the impugned order dated 06.12.2023 shall stand stayed.
