(ii) In paragraph 11, the words 'Article 227 of Constitution of India' be replaced by the words 'Section 83(9) of the Waqf Act'. (iii) In paragraph 17, line No.14 the words 'MPT Act' be replaced by the words 'Waqf Act'.
(iv) In paragraph 18, line No.12, 'Section 2(r)' be replaced by 'Section 3(r)'.
(v) In paragraph 21, line No.10, year '1955' be replaced by the year '1995'.
(vi) In paragraph 24, line Nos.4 and 11, the words 'MPT Act' be replaced by the words 'Waqf Act'.
3) Judgment and order dated 10 March 2025 be corrected and read accordingly.
