Learned counsel for the respondent states that despite the appellant making a statement that he would deposit an amount of 1,000/- Canadian Dollers per month commencing from 15th December 2025 directly in the account of respondent-wife, the same has not been paid till date.

The Appellant is present in Court. He states that he is unable to pay the said amount.

Hence, we give one more opportunity to the appellanthusband to deposit the said amount, failing which, we will be constrained to pass appropriate orders.

At this stage, it is prayed that the word 'Rs.' mentioned in in paras 3 and 5 of the order dated 8th December 2025, be deleted. 6.
