The aforesaid matter was kept in Chambers to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement.

It appears that the appellant-Prakash Jagdale has not paid a single farthing to the respondent-Seema Jagdale from 2004. 1/3

Be that as it may, the appellant-husband without prejudice to his rights and contentions states that he will deposit an amount of 1,000/- Canadian Dollars per month i.e. on the 15th of every month commencing from 15th December 2025 directly into the account of the respondent-wife, till such time an amicable solution is found between the parties. Statement accepted.

The respondent-Seema Jagdale who appeared before us, through video-conferencing also states that she is willing to accept the aforesaid amount without prejudice to her rights and contentions, till such time an amicable solution is found.

Accordingly, the appellant-Prakash Jagdale to transfer an amount of 1,000/- Canadian Dollars per month directly into the account of the respondent-Seema Jagdale on the 15th of every month commencing from 15th December 2025, till such time an amicable solution is found between the parties.

The receipt of the payment so made, be forwarded by the advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant-husband to the advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent-wife to show that payment has been made, as directed by this Court.

Stand over to 18th December 2025, for compliance of the aforesaid order.

In the meantime, the appellant-husband is free to connect with his daughter who is in Canada, through video-conferencing. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
