We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties on the earlier occasion.

The proceedings were adjourned for today to explore the possibility of any settlement which could be brought about and which is primarily in regard to access to Appellant Mrs. Bhakti Mahadik, would have to the two minor daughters. 3.
The learned Counsel for the parties have placed on record Consent Terms as entered between the parties. In the Consent Terms, the parties have agreed for a decree of divorce by mutual consent be passed by the Court as per the provisions of Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The terms and conditions in that regard are set out in the consent terms. In so far as custody of two minor daughters is concerned, the parties have agreed to the terms of access of the minor daughters, including the overnight access, as specially agreed. 4.
We have perused the Consent Terms. They are signed by the parties to
the proceedings, who are present before the Court and their signature are also identified by their respective Advocates. Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

We appreciate the steps taken by the parties in taking interest of both these daughters, which is paramount. We accept the consent terms and terms and conditions, as agreed between the parties. The undertakings of the parties stand accepted. The consent terms shall operate from today. We also direct that the parties shall undertake all the actions in the interest of the minor daughters. In the event, there is any issue in this regard created by either of the parties, liberty to the parties to apply.

We accordingly dispose of the present appeal in terms of the following order :- i.
The marriage solemnized between respondent-Sachin Subhash Mahadik and appellant-Bhakti Sachin Mahadik stands dissolved by mutual consent as per the provisions of Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
ii.
The undertaking of the parties stands accepted. iii.
The appeal stands disposed of in terms of the consent terms. iv.
Decree be drawn accordingly.

No costs.
