In continuation of our previous order dated 03.02.2026, we have taken note of the consent terms and also made reference to paragraph 5 thereof, wherein the parties agreed that the marriage solemnized between the couple on 11.07.2016 be dissolved by mutual consent of both the parties. 2.

Since the consent terms are filed before the Family Court at Thane, in Petition No.E/9/2023, which have set out the terms of settlement, and the said consent terms have not been presented to us, considering that we are seized of the Appeal, which is continuation of the proceedings before the Family Court at Thane, we expect the parties to file consent terms Rushikesh

List the Appeal on 13.02.2026, on the Supplementary Board.
