The aforesaid Appeal was disposed of vide order dated 26th April 2024, with a direction to the Family Court, Pune, to decide the Divorce Petition filed by the husband as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the date of the said order, i.e., 26th April 2024. Accordingly, the Appeal with the aforesaid direction and other directions came to be disposed of.

Since the Family Court, Pune could not conclude the Divorce Petition within the stipulated period, a request has been made by the Family Court seeking extension of the time of six months to dispose of the said Divorce Petition. The Registrar Judicial of the Gaikwad RD 1/2

14-fca-68-2024.doc Family Court, Pune has forwarded a report of the said Court. From the said report it reveals that the proceedings are still pending before the Family Court, Pune.

Accordingly, by way of last chance and indulgence, time to dispose of the Divorce Petition is extended by six months from today. 4.

Registry to forthwith communicate this order to the learned Judge, Family Court, Pune by fax and through a special messenger.
