These are the applications for condonation of delay caused in filing applications for bringing the legal representatives on record. 2.

Perused the applications and heard learned advocates for both sides. No doubt, there is delay caused in filing the applications for bringing the legal representatives of deceased Sudhakar and Narhari, however, the delay is not deliberate and intentional. Therefore, the said delay deserves to be condoned in the interest of

ca144.25 -2justice. The applications are allowed and disposed of. 3.

The abatement is set aside and the applicants are permitted to bring the legal representatives of deceased Sudhakar and Narhari on record. Amendment to be carried out within a week from today. If the amendment is not carried out within a week, the applicants have to deposit an amount of Rs.2000/- in each of the applications, to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Aurangabad.
