The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the private valuation report has been received in evidence. While the valuation was done, the notices were not served upon the appellant. Hence, the valuation is incorrect. 3.

Considering the submissions of the learned Counsel for the appellant, there shall be interim stay to the execution,

(( 2 )) 919(A)-CA-349-2024+ implementation and effect of the impugned judgment and award on the condition to deposit the entire compensation amount with this Court, within eight weeks from today.

If the compensation amount is not deposited within eight weeks, the stay will be vacated automatically. 5.

There shall be no extension of time to deposit the compensation amount.
