CIVIL APPLICATION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF AMOUNT 1.

Heard both sides. The applicants seek to withdraw Rs. 19,93,245/- deposited by the Acquiring Body. In the connected matters, the claimants were permitted to withdraw the amount on certain conditions, which I propose to follow.

The Civil Application is allowed partly permitting the applicant to receive 50% of the amount of compensation with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and 50% of the amount of compensation with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
