There shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Member, Chairman MACT, Ahmednagar in MACP No. 218/2016 dated 4.5.2023, subject to depositing of the entire amount to the extent of the present applicant/appellant in the office of this Court along with accrued interest within eight weeks from today. It is made clear that the stay is only to the extent of present applicant. Civil Application stands disposed of. 3.

In Civil Application No. 1219/2024, applicant/appellant to take steps as regards unserved respondent Nos. 2 and 3 within four weeks from today. If the fresh address is supplied, office to issue fresh notice, returnable on 10.9.2024.
