Perused the applications and heard learned advocates for both sides. Considering the reasons stated in the applications, it appears that the delay caused is not deliberate. Therefore, the applications are allowed. The delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned in the interest of justice subject to remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

If the office objections are removed within the stipulated period, the appeals shall be listed at the stage as provided under law. If office objections are not removed till then, these applications shall be deemed to be rejected without further orders.
