These civil applications are filed for bringing on record legal

2 11-CA 5031-2026.odt heirs of deceased petitioner namely Govind s/o Gujaba Mugle. The persons shown in paragraph No. 2 of the application are the legal heirs of deceased Govind who died on 16.11.2022. The delay is of 154 days caused in filing the application. Even deceased Sheshabai - petitioner No. 2 also died on 13.02.2024 whereas, delay of 73 days caused in filing the application. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the applications, delay stands condoned. The applications are allowed. The legal heirs shown of deceased Govind and Sheshabai are allowed to be brought on record. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the petition within two weeks from today.
