Ms Kamat, learned Additional Government Advocate for the Applicants, has placed on record a detailed calculation of the interest on the final bill, which, according to the Applicants, is due under the Decree. It is further submitted that the total amount due under the Decree is Rs. 21,34,100/-, which has been deposited on 18.11.2025.

2. Consequently, upon this deposit, there shall be a stay on the impugned Decree dated 29.11.2022 until the disposal of First Appeal 41/2025.
