This Contempt Petition is filed by the Petitioner, who submits therein that the Respondents have committed contempt of direction given in order dated 15 October 2022 passed in order below Exhibit-20, in RAD Suit No.322 of 2007. 2.

The order dated 15 October 2022, directed the Plaintiff (Shashikant Mistry) to pay the Defendant No.2 (Chetna Kansara) or to deposit in Court, compensation of Rs.25,000/- per month from the 11 June 2015 till the final disposal of the suit. It was further directed that the outstanding amount be paid the Defendant No.2 or deposited in the Court within three months of passing of the order and the future compensation be paid or deposited on or before 15 day of each month. The Defendant No.2 (Chetna Kansara) was at liberty to withdraw the said Amount. Mr. Amol D. Nawale

Issue show cause notice to the Respondent as to why action should not be taken against the Respondents under the provisions of Contempt of Courts, 1971 for willful disobedience of the order dated 15 October 2022.
