The Petitioners contend that the Respondents have committed contempt of the judgment and order passed by the Division Bench of this Court dated 1 March 2019 in Writ Petition No. 9267 of 2017 and other connected matters. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the Respondents were directed to undertake certain actions specified therein within a period of one year and this time limit is not adhered to till date in the year 2024. 3.

Before we proceed in the contempt jurisdiction, we give one opportunity to the Respondents to place before us their commitments regarding the completion of the proceedings as directed by this Court.
