The counsel for the contempt petitioner has placed before us an order passed by the Division Bench on 3/12/2024, in Writ Petition No.19 of 2024.
According to him, the petitioners are entitled for the same benefit conferred on the petitioners in Writ Petition No.19 of 2024, who were held eligible for grant of advance increments for outstanding work, prior to 24/08/2017, and it was directed that the amount shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of 45 days, failing which it shall carry an interest at the rate of 6%. In favour of the petitioners, the similar direction was issued in respect of the petitioners, which is yet to be complied with. Ashish
