Alleging willful and intentional violation of the writ Court's order dated 13th December 2021 passed in Writ Petition No.4042 of 2021, the petitioners who were working under Arun Primary School, Sunil Nagar, Solapur, have approached this Court. 2.

At the outset, Mr.Vijay Killedar the learned counsel for the respondent-contemnor no.4 submits that the order passed by the writ Court has been complied with and that the present contempt petition is liable to be dismissed. Mr.Vishwasrao Deokar, learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this contempt petition.
