In the present Contempt Petition the charge has been framed on 19.12.2024. The Respondent No.1 in response filed his affidavit dated 28.01.2025.

In that view of the matter, list the Contempt Petition for consideration on 26.06.2025 at the end of admission board. The Respondent No.1 shall remain present on that date. Liberty to the Respondent No.1 to file an additional affidavit by 13.06.2025. The affidavit-in-rejoinder of the Petitioner be filed by 20.06.2025.
