When the matter was called out, a grievance was raised that despite the undertaking given to the Court, the Respondent was not granting an access as undertaken to this Court. 2.

Mr Bhojwani, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent sought to rely upon an Affidavit in Reply. However, the same has not been filed. He may do so by filing the same in the Registry of this court on or before 5.00 pm on 6th December 2024 and serve a copy in advance to the Petitioner.
