At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to amend to incorporate the new address of the Respondent in the Petition. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Upon amendment being carried out, re-issue notice to the Respondent, returnable after a period of two weeks. In addition to Court notice, the Petitioner is permitted to serve the Respondent by private notice and to file affidavit of service before the next date.
