These Contempt Petitions raised the grievance that the order dated 7th April 2022 passed in the respective Writ Petitions directing the determination of amount of 'Najarana' on the basis of valuation of the property as on 22nd March 2013 had not been complied with. 2.

On 1st October 2024, since it was found that the affidavit-inreply was not filed, the respondent no.2 in these Contempt Petitions was directed to remain present. Today the respondent no.2 is present in the Court. He has tendered the copy of the affidavit-in-reply in all the Contempt Petitions. It has been stated in the affidavit that the order dated 7th April 2022 passed in the Writ Petitions has been complied with and the relevant determination of the amount of 'Najarana' has been done on 8th October 2024. 3.

In view of aforesaid, it is not necessary to keep the present proceedings pending. All the Contempt Petitions are accordingly disposed of.
