Said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court. 2) Learned Advocate for Respondent submitted that, the Respondent will file an Affidavit cum Undertaking about the facts, as recorded in para No.2 of Order dated 25th April 2024 by tomorrow i.e. 30th April 2024.
