P. C. :- 1) In furtherance of the statement made by the Respondent on 29th April 2024, she has filed an undertaking dated 29th April 2024. In an unnumbered paragraph no.2 of the undertaking, she has stated that, she is ready and willing to give permanent custody of her son 'Shreyansh' to the Petitioner (the biological father) and will co-operate, arrange to deliver documents, a list of which is mentioned thereafter. 1.1) The said undertaking is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.

2) Learned Advocate for the Respondent on instructions submitted that, as a matter of fact, custody of Master 'Shreyansh' has been handed over to the Petitioner yesterday i.e., 29th April, 2024. 3) Stand over to 02nd July, 2024.
