P.C.:- 1) Learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions submitted that, the directions issued vide Order dated 16th April, 2024 have not complied with by the Respondent and the access of child Master Shreyansh has been denied to the Petitioner.
1.1) Prima facie, this is a aggravated form of contempt. 2) At this stage, learned Advocate for the Respondent on instructions from Respondent, who is personally present in the Court submitted that, the Respondent is no more desirous to have custody of her son Master Shreyansh and is ready and willing to give permanent custody of the said child to the Petitioner. That, the Respondent may only be given regular access of the said child either personally or through video 1/2

2.1) She further submitted that, the child Master Shreyansh is presently at Udupi, State of Karnataka and she will bring the said child to Mumbai, to produce before this Court and will hand over his custody to the Petitioner on Monday i.e. 29th April, 2024.
3) Learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions submitted that, the Petitioner will make arrangement of Air-Tickets of Economy Class of Respondent and his son Master Shreyansh for to and fro journey i.e. for the Air ticket of Respondent from Mumbai to Mangalore and from Mangalore to Mumbai with their son Master Shreyansh. The said statement is accepted.
4) Stand over to 29th April, 2024 at 2.30 p.m.
