Contempt Petition No.93 of 2024 has been filed raising grievance that the order dated 27th March 2023 in Writ Petition No.2723 of 2023 has not been complied with. By that order, the Collector, Nashik, was directed to decide the petitioner's application dated 2nd August 2022 within a period of eight weeks. In view of the directions issued in Writ Petition No.11982 of 2024, nothing survives in these proceedings. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
