Stand over to 22nd August, 2024 as the officers are in the process of hearing the parties. In the meantime, two beneficiaries, who are the Petitioners in Contempt Petition No.139 of 2024 and Contempt Petition No.127 of 2024, have not appeared before the
concerned officer. They are directed to appear before the concerned officer, so that appropriate orders can be passed. If they do not appear on 9th August, 2024 which is the scheduled date, it shall be presumed that they have nothing to say and the appropriate authority is free to pass the orders in accordance with law. It is needless to observe that on 9th August 2024, the appropriate authority will pass an orders.
