The petition alleges contempt of the order dated 24.02.2023 on the ground that, even till the extended time of 14.08.2023, the work of restoration, as indicated in Paragraph-10 (Page-44) of the said order was not completed and there is no certificate by the Structural Engineer appointed by this Court by the order dated 08.09.2021.

2.

The question of violation, can only be considered upon the report of the Structural Engineer being brought on record. The petitioner therefore to place a copy of the report of the Structural Engineer appointed by this Court on record. List the matter on 09.09.2024.
