Mr. Naik, learned Senior counsel for the Respondents points out that the order of this Court dated 20 December 2022 of which contempt was alleged was challenged by way of filing Special Leave Petition wherein interim relief was granted and the Special Leave Petition was dismissed on 11 March 2024, and therefore, there cannot be contempt on the part of the Respondent - Authority. 2.
