On 19 April 2024, we had passed a detailed order whereby we had recorded the request of learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 that they be given time till September 2024 and had observed that considering this request the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 at that time would pay 40% of the amount stated in the order then the request would be considered for the remaining 60%.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner informed that 40% of the amount is paid. That being the position, as stated in the order dated 19 akn 1/2
